Classes

We change classes every month so your body will never get used (or bored) with the same workouts, these are some of the workouts we incorporate in our monthly workout calendar:


TRX

Using suspension trainer equipment, you will do this workout using only your body weight. If you have never used TRX is a must that you try it!

BODY SCULPTING

We combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

CROSS-TRAINING

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between strength exercises to help you build leaner muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

STATIONS (circuit training)

A series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks. Using fun outdoor elements and equipment.

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

A combination of kicks and punches that will keep you guessing what comes next, unleash your inner warrior when you see MMA in our monthly schedule!

HILL TRAINING

Work out around the hills of San Pedro, using different techniques to run/walk up each hill so you can teach your body how to use different areas of your muscles.

KETTLEBELLS

Fun and dynamic workout, your trainers will teach you a proper technique to use the kettlebell so you can target different areas of your body..

STRETCH AND YOGA

Usually on Fridays we incorporate some type of yoga and stretching that is more than the usual 10 minutes at the end of each class.
